Website Architecture (Site Map) – After reviewing the completed pre-kickoff questionnaire and any additional documents you provide, we’ll meet with you to go over them in detail.  Next we’ll create a draft site map, and consult with you to define the final “go-live” site map.  The site map gets incorporated into the site template by the website designer.
* Note – the content management system allows for the adding and deleting of pages, so the go-live site map will only be a guide for the initial deployment of the website on your custom domain.  Generally, changes to the site map can be accomplished at any time.

Website Design – We begin with a professional low cost mobile responsive website design template that we modify with your company’s brand, color scheme and photography, this help to keep your cost low. During the kick-off meeting we discuss design factors such as colors and target audience.  Then we’ll choose from our user friendly website templates that will help deliver your desired message. Modifying the template per our discussions with you to incorporate your company’s unique elements is next.  We include up to 10 stock photos from our stock subscription package (non-premium photos) to be used in the design.  
* Note – we factor in 8 hours of design time to modify your selected template.  This effort is sufficient to modify most website templates, however, complex templates might require additional design time.  During the design phase, your Project Manager will discuss with you any additional design time and costs needed. They will also be your main point of contact through the duration of the project.
